1. Mì soha:
Nguyên liệu:
– Trứng gà: 1 quả
– Bột Mì: 100g
– Cà rốt: 1 củ
– Rau câu chân vịt: 50g
– Nấm hương: 50g
– Giấm gạo: ½ muỗng canh
– Nước tương: 1 muỗng canh
– Mè rang: 1 muỗng canh
– Mật ong: ½ muỗng cafe
– Tỏi băm nhỏ: ½ muỗng cafe
Cách thực hiện:
– Làm nước xốt mì Soba: trộn các nguyên liệu sau đây vào một các tô để làm nước sốt. Các nguyên liệu làm nước sốt bao gồm: giấm gạo, nước tương, mật ong, tỏi băm nhuyễn, muối, mè rang.
– Nguyên liệu trộn mì: Đem ngâm mì Soba vào nước lạnh 5 phút để sợi mì nỡ và mềm ra. Sau đó với ra, để ráu và cho vào tô.
+ Trứng gà luộc chín
+ Cà rốt cắt thành từng miếng mỏng vừa ăn
+ Nấm hương chẻ nhỏ thành 2 – 3 miếng
+ Xào chín tất cả nguyên liệu: cà rốt, nấm hương, rau chân vịt.
– Trộn mì Soba: Cho tất cả nguyên liệu chín vào tô mì đã chuẩn bị trước. Sau đó tưới nước cốt đã làm ở bước 1 vào tô mì và trộn đều lên. Như vậy là bạn đã có một tô mì Soba Nhật Bản hợp khẩu vị người Việt rồi nhé!
2. Kiều mạch xào rau củ:
Nguyên liệu:
– Hạt kiều mạch 200 g
– Đậu Hà Lan 100 g
– Bông cải xanh 50 g
– Bắp hột 100 g
– Cà rốt 1 củ
– Hành tây 1/2 củ
– Trứng gà 1 quả
– Ngò tây 15 g
– Tỏi 2 tép
– Mật ong 1 muỗng canh
– Nước tương 1 muỗng canh
Cách thực hiện:
– Sơ chế nguyên liệu: cà rốt bào thành từng sợi mỏng, bông cải xanh cắt miếng nhỏ vừa ăn, đậu Hà Lan và bắp hột rửa sạch. Nấu chín hạt Kiều Mạch bằng nồi nước đun sôi khoảng 15 phút.
– Làm hỗn hợp gia vị gồm 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh mật ong và thêm vào một ít nước lạnh. Trộn đều hỗn hợp trên.
– Phi tỏi và hành tây cho thơm. Sau đó bỏ các nguyên liệu gồm cà rốt, đậu Hà Lan, bắp hột, bông cải xanh vào chão để xào. Khi các rau củ này đã chín thì bỏ hạt Kiều Mạch đã luộc chín vào chão và đảo đều lên.
– Tiếp đến, dùng cây xẽng đẩy nguyên liệu đã chín ra ngoài rìa chão để tạo thành 1 lỗ trống. Đập một quả trứng vào ngay giữa chão và dũng xẽng đão lên để trứng không dính đít chão. Cuối cùng là trộn tất cả những gì có trong chão lên cho đều và nhắc xuống.
– Cuối cùng thì múc món hạt Kiều Mạch xào rau củ vừa chín ra ngoài đĩa để trang trí và thưởng thức.
3. Kiều mạch nấu táo
Nguyên liệu:
Kiều mạch buckwheat nguyên hạt (buckwheat groats)
1 quả Táo
Bột quế
Muối biển
Rau Húng quế
Cách làm:
Kiều mạch rửa sạch, rang khô 5’ thành Kasha
Táo cắt miếng vừa
Nấu táo, kiều mạch, bột quế trong 10’ với 1 chén nước. Nêm muối vừa ăn
Dọn ra dùng với rau húng quế
Ngoài ra hạt kiều mạch hữu cơ sottolestelle còn có thể chế biến thành nhiều món ăn khác nữa và hơn thế việc kết hợp với thực phẩm hữu cơ còn có thêm nhiều chất dinh dưỡng cho cơ thể, sự kết hợp linh hoạt này sẽ giúp bạn bớt ngấy khi sử dụng hạt mỗi ngày. Tuy nhiên hãy nhớ sử dụng vừa đủ tiêu chuẩn của các loại hạt hàng ngày để tránh những ảnh hưởng không tốt đối với sức khỏe nhé!
